Dr. Bhabatosh Das, Associate Professor, THSTI, has been elected as a fellow to the prestigious West Bengal Academy of Science and Technology (WAST). Dr. Das has a rich experience in microbiome and anti-microbial resistance research. He was elected as a fellow to WAST due to his contributions to these fields.

WAST provides a platform for interactions between all disciplines of Science and Technology so as to benefit society at large. The members of WASR offer advice for various governmental and non-governmental activities.
