The THSTI fraternity celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic fervour. The event featured a parade by the security personnel, followed by the unfurling of the tricolour by Prof. G. Karthikeyan, Executive Director, THSTI.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Karthikeyan emphasised that as a scientific organisation, it is important to elevate the Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) of key technologies to ensure research directly benefits the nation.

The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to the winners of the Independence Day competitions and goodies to the security personnel in appreciation of their contributions to the organisation and the NCR cluster.
