On 9th April 2026, more than 50 students (UG & PG) of G D Goenka University visited the Genomics facility, GeHuMiCs, Vaccine Design and Development Centre (VDDC), Bioassay Laboratory, and Biorepository facility of THSTI.

During the visit, the students interacted with the scientists and gained firsthand exposure to the advanced research infrastructure and the translational research ecosystem at THSTI. The scientists briefed the students on the development of vaccine candidates, high-throughput genomic sequencing, and the importance of biorepositories in clinical research.
