An engaging event was organised on 16th June 2023 at (Gurugram Civil Hospital) for the participants enrolled in the GARBH-INi (Inter-Institutional Program for Maternal, Neonatal and Infant sciences: A translational approach- interdisciplinary Group for Advanced Research on BirtH outcome- DBT India Initiative) cohort . The mandate of Garbhini is to find effective solutions for improving maternal and child health and is an interesting example of collaborations between a district hosiptal (Gurugram Civil Hospital, Govt of Haryana), and a research institute (Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an autonomous institute of Department of Biotechnology Govt of India). 
A dynamic health awareness talk was delivered by experts, that provided valuable insights into various aspects of pregnancy, birth, and infant care. The event also included an exciting health quiz, providing an interactive and educational experience. The winners were encouraged with prizes. Distinguished guests, including Dr. Sonia Trikha (DGHS Haryana), Dr. Virendra Yadav (CMO Gurugram), Dr. Shinjni Bhatnagar (Distinguished Professor), Dr. Nitya Wadhwa(Senior Professor) from THSTI, and Dr. Naresh Garg (PMO) Gurugram Civil Hospital, felicitated the participants, recognizing their valuable contribution. Overall, the event successfully achieved its objectives of raising awareness, promoting health-seeking behavior, and highlighting the significant role of pregnant women in society.
