To ensure equality at the workplace and to create a safe and productive environment for all colleagues by protecting the rights of women employees, THSTI organised training sessions on "Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace" for faculty, scientists and ICC members on 29^th July 2022, for PhD students and research fellows on 7^th September 2022, and for administrative and technical employees on 29^th November 2022.
