On 19th October 2022, THSTI organised a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training in collaboration with the Max Institute of Medical Excellence, New Delhi. Max Healthcare Institute is certified as International Training Centre for CPR and AED by American Heart Association (AHA). The training was provided by AHA Certified instructors, Mr. Jaswant Singh, Mr. Neelesh and Ms. Sagarika. Twenty-seven people from THSTI’s Labs and Administration sections were given the CPR and AED training by the instructors. THSTI plans to conduct more such training in the future for its staff and students to educate them on improving survival rates from sudden cardiac arrest.
