On 30^th November 2021, Prof. Ravindra Gupta, Cambridge Institute of Therapeutic Immunology and Infectious Disease (CITIID), University of Cambridge visited THSTI. He was warmly welcomed by Dr. Nitya Wadhwa. Dr. Amit Awasthi gave a brief presentation about the COVID work being carried out at THSTI. Prof Gupta shared the work done by his lab in the field of SARS-CoV-2 variants including the studies on Delta. He also spoke briefly about the Omicron variant. During the visit, there were discussions about possible collaborations between THSTI and Prof. Gupta.
