THSTI conducted the Global Immunology Summit 2024 (GIS 2024) from February 15-17, 2024 at its campus. The summit saw more than 300 participants from all over the world. Renowned and acclaimed clinicians, academicians, researchers, and scientists from national and international institutes attended the summit. 

A pre-conference basic immunology course was conducted by Prof. Shiv Pillai, Prof. Arash Grakoui, and Prof. Amit Awasthi on February 14, 2024. GIS-2024 was inaugurated on February 15, 2024 in the presence of chief guest Padma Shri, Prof. NK Ganguly, 13 international immunologists, 90 national dignitaries, and more than 350 participants. A series of simulating luminary research work was presented through keynote lectures, scientific sessions, and fruitful networking sessions. As a part of the summit, young scientist awards, poster awards, and travel awards were given to various participants.
