THSTI celebrated Republic Day on 26th January 2024 with pride and national fervour. The celebrations began with a parade by the security personnel followed by the unfurling of the tricolour by Dr Jayanta Bhattacharya, Dean and Executive Director (Additional Charge). During the celebrations, Dr Bhattacharya said the THSTI fraternity should keep working towards finding affordable solutions for the public thereby contributing to the vision of “Viksit Bharat”. For their hard work and dedication, the security personnel were felicitated. Sweets were distributed on this occasion to mark the 75th Republic Day.
