One can select queries related to COVID-19 testing procedures including sample collection and transportation; RT-PCR testing; immunoassay; biosafety and bio-medical waste management and receive immediate assistance, 24*7.

The chatbot was developed in partnership with the subject matter expert – Bioassay Lab, Translational Health Science Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad.
