Translational Health Sciences and Technology Institute celebrated National Science Day on 28th Feb 2024 with the theme "Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat." Dr Chandrashekhar Nair, co-founder of Bigtec and Molbio Doagnostics was the Chief Guest for the occasion. He was accompanied by Dr Satya Dash, President of Strategy, and Anita Chandrashekhar, Head Operations, Bigtec Labs.  Dr Nair delivered the keynote address on the journey of Truenat and gave insights into the making of Bigtec labs and Molbio Diagnostics. He also interacted with faculty & researchers at THSTI. As a part of the outreach and science setu, students from various colleges across Delhi-NCR viz., SGT University, Gurugram, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, MVN University, Palwal, Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, Delhi Pharmaceuticals Sciences and Research University, Delhi and JC Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad attended the National Science Day celebrations. A quiz competition was organized for the participating college students followed by a lab tour.
