On 9th September 2025, 30 AYUSH teachers from the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, visited THSTI, Faridabad. The visit aimed to provide exposure to advanced biomedical techniques to enhance their teaching and research.

Dr. Shailendra Asthana, Principal Scientist-II at THSTI, delivered a session on the use of computational methods in drug design, offering insights into modern approaches to therapeutic development.The group toured key THSTI facilities including the Computational and Mathematical Biology Centre, Vaccine Design and Development Centre, Mass Spectroscopy Facility, and Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory.

This academic exchange provided a valuable learning experience for the visiting faculty and offered an opportunity to showcase THSTI’s advanced research facilities
